Edward has joined local County Councillor James Poland, local residents, and people travelling from across our area, to enjoy the sunshine, stalls, entertainment and fun of the 2026 Rearsby Village Show. As well as the stalls and entertainment, there was also the fruit, vegetable and crafts on display in the village hall, and the team from Rearsby Scene, the village's fantastic local magazine were on hand to talk to people about the magazine, and encourage new subscribers, and writers!
Edward said: “It was great to join James at what is always a fantastic, and fun, event for all the family - and despite the challenges of the dry hot summer, the fruit and veg exhibits were first-class, as were all the entries. As always, massive thanks and congratulations to everyone involved in putting on the Rearsby Village Show this year, an event which always involves a lot of work by volunteers, but which plays such a big part in bringing the local community together."
