Edward has held one of his regular meetings with the leadership of Leicestershire County Council to discuss a range of local issues including Government funding for LCC, progress on the Melton Mowbray Distributor Road (NE), and the MMDR (South), flooding, and SEND provision in the county.
Edward said: “My regular meetings with LCC’s leadership are hugely important opportunities for us to discuss issues affecting our local area, and for me to raise any local issues with LCC, and for them to raise any issues with me. I’m very grateful to Acting Leader, Councillor Deborah Taylor, and LCC’s Chief Executive and their team for their time and constructive discussion.”
